• We completed the inspection of Super H Mart with Tommy. He was able to provide their agreement as
well as their log that shows their pounds donated. They are currently donating their excess to the kitchen
for repurposing and are tracking the items donated and the pounds.
• We went in and did the Target inspection with the manager Rayveion. They have recently changed
agencies, and they are now donating to God’s Pantry. Although they did not have the documents
available, they were able to reach out to corporate and God’s Pantry to receive the information needed.
Rayveion sent me over their agreement with the LA Food Bank as well as their pounds donated and types
of food. He will be keeping these documents in a binder and updating the log with their pounds each
month moving forward.
• We conducted the Market World inspection with the manager Martin. He was able to provide their
agreement, but they have still not yet made any donations as they receive credits from their vendors. He
was able to provide a credit report that he has for the credits he receives from the vendors.
• We completed the Sprouts inspection with the receiver Mary. She was able to provide their receipts that
show the types of food donated and the pounds as well as their short form agreement. We let her know
that they needed to have the full agreement available onsite. Mary is going to reach out to the LA Food
Bank and see if they can provide her with the full agreement.

They come and pick up once a month. The agency at times will try to get
product they could otherwise still sell. I let him know there is not a
required amount that needs to be donated each month. If they could sell
the product then it is not expected to be donated. They just need to make
sure they donate all edible food that would other wise be thrown out.

donating to God's Pantry through the LA Food Bank. They were unable to
