A fee proposal shall be submitted separately, including a detailed schedule with all proposed staff, the hours each person will devote to a given task, and all reimbursable services to complete work described in the proposed Scope of Service. The fee proposal(s) shall be uploaded on PlanetBids separately bearing the name, address, and telephone number of the individual or entity submitting the proposal. TASKS TASK 1. Electrical Infrastructure Evaluation $12,800 TASK 2. Forecast of Future Electrical Demand $14,880 TASK 3. EV Charging Infrastructure Planning $18,000 TASK 4. Sustainability Enhancements $20,480 TASK 5. Infrastructure Recommendations $20,720 TASK 6. Conceptual Plan and Deliverables $23,240 TOTAL FEE $110,120 Based on our understanding of the project scope (as outlined in the RFP) and required schedule to meet City planning and budgeting requirements, LPA proposes a not-to-exceed fee of $110,120 to complete the base project tasks as outlined in the Project Understanding section of this proposal. We anticipate the scope of services to be complete by the end of 2025. On the following page, please refer to a detailed cost breakdown by tasks and key personnel hours.
