Bids to City of Diamond Bar, Public Works

Scope of Services The City of Diamond Bar is seeking bids for dog waste disposable bags to be
used in dispensers at its local parks.
Other Details Bags must t current front loading dispenser. Bags must be 100%
degradable, made from recycled plastics, have easy tie handles, blue in color,
powder scented and odor neutralizing. Please provide a quote for 4,200
bags.
Notes Order frequency and quantities, will be based off of the need at time of order.
Prices must be valid until 7/1/2025
Special Notices Electronic responses shall be submitted via the City’s secure online bidding
system. All required sections of the response must be submitted via the
website. Respondent is solely responsible for “on time” submission of their
electronic response. The Bid Management System will not accept late
submittals and no exceptions shall be made. Respondents will receive a
con rmation number with a time stamp from the Bid Management System
indicating that their response was submitted successfully.
The bidder is solely responsible for “on time” submission of their electronic

and have been issued an e-bid con rmation number with a time stamp from
