feet.
• Pantera Activity Room 738 Pantera Dr. – approximately 1,050 square feet.
• Sycamore Office 22930 E. Golden Springs Dr. – approximately 700 square feet.
Standard Service Schedule
Daily Tasks
• Vacuuming all carpeted areas, including edges, corners, and under furniture.
• Sweeping, wet mopping, and disinfecting all non-carpeted floors.
• Cleaning desks, tables, and furniture to remove dust, dirt, and fingerprints.
• Emptying and cleaning trash receptacles and replacing liners.
• Cleaning all glass and glass cases to remove dust, dirt, and smudges.
Weekly Tasks
• Dusting surfaces (10 feet and above).
• Removing visible cobwebs up to 15 feet.
• Dusting window blinds and shades.
• Cleaning all baseboards.
• Cleaning and sanitizing handrails.
• Pressure washing sidewalks, steps, walkways, stairs, loading docks, entry, and
patio areas.
• Spot cleaning carpet and upholstery.
• Machine buffing floors.
• Cleaning and removing dust, dirt, and debris from ceilings up to 15 feet.
Bi-Monthly (6 Times Per Year)
• Shampooing all carpet, area rugs, and upholstery.
• Degreasing and removing chemical spills around photocopy machines.
• Hot water extraction of all carpet in all locations.
• Shampooing upholstered furniture and cleaning wood, plastic, and vinyl chairs.
Quarterly (4 Times Per Year)

• Stripping and waxing or sealing floors.
• Deep cleaning all tile floors, including grout.
• Cleaning full length of all windows including frames and sills.
Annually
• Hot water extraction and thorough shampooing of partition walls (Diamond Bar
Center).
