COVID-19 RESPONSE PLAN CM SIMPLE JANITORIAL LLC “Your Ultimate Solution”
PROTOCOLS
INCREASED MEASURES
CM Simple has enhanced our cleaning program to focus especially on high-traffic areas and heavy
touchpoints as essential elements to mitigate potential threats in your facility. Surfaces frequently touched by multiple people, such as door handles, bathroom surfaces, and handrails are cleaned with an antibacterial solution and sprayed with disinfectant regularly. Additionally, we go the distance to protect your staff, clients, and visitors by using our detailed High Touchpoints Cleaning Checklist:
• Desks, Tables, Phones, Keyboards, Computer Mouse, Copier
• Doorknobs, Door Frames, Elevator Buttons, Light Switches
• Countertops, Flat Surfaces, Handles, Switches, Drawer Pulls
• Toilets, Faucets, Sinks, Trash Receptacles, Lobby Waiting Area
• Highchair Trays, Stairway Railings
Virucidal Sanitizers, all deemed by EPA as effective against:
• Bactericidal Activity (Pseudomonas & Streptococcus)
• Antibiotic-Resistant Bactericidal Activity (MRSE & PRSP)
• Virucidal Activity (H1N1, HIV-1 & Rhinovirus)
Infection and the spread of disease is high-risk that CM
Simple is prepared to resolve to keep your staff and customers healthy. We adhere to federal established guidelines and safety standards to keep your facility sanitary and safe. Our team goes beyond the general CLEAN, but we also SANITIZE and DISINFECT. Level 1: Cleaning surfaces using soap and water, prior to using any sanitizers or disinfectants. Our goal here is to adequately remove debris and visible soil from a variety of surfaces and objects. This supports reducing the germ population, lowering possible risk of infection, but this alone will not necessarily kill all infectious pathogens. Which is why our implementations go on to include…
Level 2: Sanitizing is our secondary measure to lower the presence of bacteria present to safer industry standard levels which carries us into eliminating viruses in the next level.
Level 3: Disinfecting consists of using commercial grade solutions to eliminate infectious agents, including bacteria, viruses, and varying degrees of fungi.
