Dust window blinds and shades.12:00 AM-7:00 AM Wednesday Clean all baseboards. Clean and sanitize handrails.12:00 AM-7:00 AM Thursday Pressure wash all sidewalks, steps, walkways, stairs, loading docks, entry and patio areas.12:00 AM-7:00 AM Friday Spot clean carpet and upholstery. Machine buff floors. Clean and remove dust, dirt, etc. from ceilings.12:00 AM-7:00 AM Saturday Spot clean all window coverings to remove any spills, stain, etc.12:00 AM-7:00 AM MONTHLY SCHEDULE Day Tasks Time Third week Sycamore Canyon Office cleaning (operational/non-operational hours)12:00 AM-7:00 AM A. Dust all surfaces and remove all cobwebs, up to and including the ceiling (NO height limit).12:00 AM-7:00 AM B. Sycamore Canyon Office cleaning is to include floors, staff restroom, kitchen/lunchroom, walls, windows, etc.12:00 AM-7:00 AM BI-MONTHLY SCHEDULE Month Tasks Time August, October, December, February, April, June(2nd Week) A. Carpet/Upholstery 12:00 AM-7:00 AM 1. Shampoo all carpet, area rugs, and upholstery. 2. Degrease and remove chemical spills from the area surrounding all photocopy machines. 3. Shampoo thoroughly all floors, including corners and behind doors, using appropriate cleaning materials for various carpet types. 4. Return all furniture to its original position after the floors are cleaned, leaving baseboards and walls free of splashes and/or marks. 5. Perform hot water extraction of all carpet in all locations. 6. Post-service spotting as necessary, including all pre-treatment and extraction. August, October, December, February, April, June(2nd Week) B. Furniture 12:00 AM-7:00 AM 1. Shampoo upholstered furniture and clean wood, plastic, and vinyl chairs. 2. Thoroughly remove stains from all upholstered furniture using appropriate cleaning materials. 3. Clean thoroughly all wood, plastic, and vinyl chairs using appropriate cleaning materials. 4. Thoroughly vacuum under seat cushions. QUARTERLY SCHEDULE Month Tasks Time July, October, January, April (2nd Week) A. Floors 12:00 AM-7:00 AM 1. Strip and wax or seal floors. 2. Degrease and remove chemical spills from areas surrounding all photocopy machines. 3. Strip and clean thoroughly all floors, including corners and behind doors, using appropriate cleaning materials for various types. 4. Wax or seal and buff thoroughly all floors, including corners and behind doors, using appropriate cleaning materials for various types. 5. Deep clean floors where stripping, waxing, or sealing is not indicated. 6. Return all furniture to its original position after cleaning, leaving baseboards and walls free of splashes and/or marks. B. Windows (All Interior and Exterior) 12:00 AM-7:00 AM 1. Clean full length of all windows including frames and sills. 2. Clean windows thoroughly using appropriate equipment. 3. Remove hard water stains and deposits using appropriate cleaning materials. C. Ceiling/Wall Vents (All) 12:00 AM-7:00 AM 1. Clean ceiling air vents. 2. Clean wall, air, or heat vents. 3. Remove and clean covers thoroughly. 4. Vacuum air vents thoroughly. D. Ceilings 12:00 AM-7:00 AM 1. Clean ceilings, removing all dirt, dust, debris, etc. E. Light Fixtures 12:00 AM-7:00 AM 1. Clean light fixtures, removing all dirt, dust, debris, etc. F. Mecho Shades & Window Coverings 12:00 AM-7:00 AM1. Dry dust Mecho shades & window coverings using appropriate equipment. 2. Spot clean all window coverings to remove any spills, stains, etc. ANNUAL SCHEDULE Month Tasks Time July (2nd Week) A. Partition Walls (Diamond Bar Center) 12:00 AM-7:00 AM1. Hot water extraction. 2. Shampoo thoroughly.
