SCHEDULES
• Monthly services: Commence thirty days a�er contract starts. Details and dates upon
acceptance.
• Bi-monthly services: Commence sixty days a�er contract starts. Details and dates upon
acceptance.
• Quarterly services: Commence two months a�er contract starts, then three months
a�er. Details and dates upon acceptance.
• Not provided in the ini�al six-month term.
PRICING DETAILS
With the changes in this bidding term, we wanted to iden�fy some pricing impac�ng the
increase to this bid.
Diamond Bar Center window cleaning. There is $3,000.00 per month contribu�on to the
quarterly window cleaning program. If the City wishes to adjust this frequency, it may impact
the cost of this loca�on exponen�ally. A boom li� is required to clean the windows and adds to
the cost.
City Hall/Library window cleaning. There is a $1,000.00 per month contribu�on to the quarterly
window cleaning program. If the City wishes to adjust this frequency, it may impact the cost of
this loca�on exponen�ally.
Once the evalua�on process begins, we welcome the opportunity to provide a breakdown of
your spending. Our proposal iden�fies all services and the cost. Our concern with this process is
that a company will ‘low ball’ to earn your business. Our pricing reflects all service items and
frequencies.
