2023 HOURLY RATE SCHEDULE*
Project Principal $ 180.00
Project Manager/Assistant Project Manager $ 150.00
Project Engineer $ 125.00
Project Designer $ 125.00
Engineering Technician $ 85.00
Public Works Inspector - Prevailing Wage $ 115.00
Public Works Inspector $ 90.00
Administrative/Clerical $ 65.00
All charges for subcontracted services will be in the same amounts as actually invoiced
to and paid by RKA Consulting Group, plus a 15% markup.
All charges for reimbursable expenses, such as reproductions, will be billed at direct
cost, plus a 15% markup.
* These hourly rates and charges shall remain fixed for the duration of the Agreement,
unless otherwise negotiated and agree to by the City of Diamond Bar
