• The above hourly rates are fully burdened or loaded, including full compensation for
all overhead and profit. Billing rates shall include provision for normal office costs,
including, but not limited to: office rental, utilities, insurance, cell phone or radio,
equipment, normal supplies and materials, in-house reproduction services, and local
travel costs.
• The proposed hourly rates are guaranteed for the duration of the contract.
