SUBJECT: Request for Proposal: Design Services for (4) Projects
Dear Mr. Santos,
IDS Group, Inc. (IDS) understands that the City of Diamond Bar (City) is requesƟ ng proposals form architectural
or engineering fi rms to provide design and managment services for the following four projects: 1. Diamond Bar
Center (DBC) Entry Doorway and ADA Improvements, 2. Maple Hill Park Playground and Restroom Replacement,
DBC GVBR LighƟ ng & Controls Upgrade (Design), and the City Hall Solar EvaluaƟ on Project. IDS Principal Architect,
John Silber, AIA, and Associate Principal, Steven Collins, PE, visited the Diamond Bar Center on February 23rd,
2023.

through our staff of over 70 professionals. In addiƟ on to architecture, IDS provides specialized in-house – structural,

service (A/E) fi rm, IDS is experienced in all project phases from pre-design through project closeout. The IDS
project team is well-rounded with experƟ se in renovaƟ on, re-adaptaƟ on and tenant improvements and new
construcƟ on for a variety of building types. Our ability to integrate mulƟ ple disciplines in-house results in next
level design that is technically innovaƟ ve. The IDS project team understands the importance of establishing a
collaboraƟ ve environment with our clients and partners to ensure project quality, at best value and delivered on
schedule.
