Average delivery time on stock apparel that IS NOT being decorated and is in stock ranges from 48 — 96 hours depending on where it is coming from. If it is being decorated with screen print or embroidery average delivery time is 2-3 weeks. Average delivery time on custom uniforms ranges from 4 weeks to 8 weeks depending on the manufacturer and the time of year. Included in our partnership with each supplier, we have exclusive uniforms, warm-ups and footwear selections that are only available to BSN Sports. INVENTORY: BSN SPORTS stocks over $40 million in inventory with $20 million of that in apparel. Shipments from our warehouses will ship in 24 hours. If it is shipped from a manufacturer, it could take anywhere from 1-4 days to ship (on average). Inventory at BSN provides additional insurance that the Branded items that you want are available when you need them. This means we can cut down on delays in ordering and receiving by knowing instantly if an item is in stock, or not, at the manufacturer. Live inventory feeds are an exclusive benefit provided by BSN at this time. We have a robust operating system (SAP) that supports our order fulfillment and customer service. INVOICING: BSN SPORTS invoices an order when it is complete. You will receive one invoice per order when the last item ships. This feature saves your staff and your Accounts Payable Department critical time in managing your vendor relations. We provide on-line access, via Biller Direct, to customer accounts for ease of research and payment. BSN can provide other invoicing options such as Future Billing to manage orders in different fiscal periods. Shipping: Your current discount will remain unchanged, and any discounts will be taken from the most current retail catalog price for the duration of the contract.
