Emilio has over 20 plus years of event security on different levels. Emilio has trained and worked as lead officer while ISMG was contracted for the Westin St Francis Hotel in Union Square San Francisco, The Fairmont Hotel in Santa Monica along providing event security for clients such as the Human Rights Campaign, Lambda Legal, Sierra Club, Major Legal Baseball and TV shows such as American Idol and the Voice, are just a few. Emilio as was assigned to the band Linkin Park on several of their world tours and was in charge of venue and band protection Emilio has experience with events as small as 25 guests up to events with over 1000 plus guest. Emilio will be the onsite trainer. Ashley Olguin will the schedule coordinator for the project as Ashley has over 15 years of both working as the schedule coordinator but also working events as a lead officer for our clients as the St Franics Hotel, Woman's Board of California Pacific Medical Center Foundation in San Francisco, Human Rights Campaign as just a few. INPERGRADED SECURITY MANAGEMENT GROUP Security Services Methodology / Project Understanding ISMG with complete a walk through of the venue and locate potential areas of concern to be noted in the POST orders. ISMG would cover areas of concern, such as life safety issues, request for medical aid, fire safety, coordination with facility staff. Coordination with hired staff with regard to ABC rules and regulations pertaining to alcohol beverage consumption, under age drinking and out of state IDs. ISMG understanding of this RFP is to provide a presence while the City facility is being used and to make sure those who are in attendance are in compliance with the rental requirements set forth in the rental agreement. INTERGRADED SECURITY MANAGEMENT GROUP Security Services Cost for Service 1 ISMG has a minimum 4-hour requirement for each security officer requested / assigned to the City Facility. Hourly rate for uniformed security officer to be assigned for an 8-hour shift is at the hourly rate of $30.55 per hour. Hourly rate for hours over the first 8 hours is consider overtime and will be at the rate of $40.55 per hour. The Holiday rate of $40.55 per hour id for all listed holidays on the RFP. There is a radio rental charge per two-way radio assigned to the city facility of $39.95 per radio per month. Consulting Service Agreement ISMG has reviewed the service agreement and will certify that we are in agreement with the service agreement with no edits or changes.
