particularly for events involving alcohol service, where security is mandatory.
Our pricing is competitive, with standard hourly rates for unarmed security guards at $35 per
hour. We offer flexible security plans to accommodate the unique requirements of each event.

4. Services Offered
For the City of Diamond Bar’s special events and private rentals, AM PM Nationwide Security
Inc. offers the following security services:
• Unarmed Security Guards: Trained professionals for crowd control, access
management, and general security at events such as festivals, concerts, and private
parties.
• Patrol Services: Regular patrols of the event venue to ensure safety and deter potential
threats, using marked vehicles with flashing lights if required.
• Emergency Response Coordination: Quick and effective response to any incidents or
emergencies during the event, including coordination with local authorities.
• Security Consulting: Assistance with event planning to identify and mitigate security
risks, ensuring a safe environment for all attendees.
• Alcohol Service Policies: Specific compliance with alcohol service policies, ensuring
guards are present for the required duration.
Special Note for Alcohol-Serving Events:
In compliance with the City of Diamond Bar’s policies, we provide mandatory security for
events where alcohol is served. Our guards will be present from the start of alcohol service
through the cleanup hour, ensuring a safe and secure environment for all attendees. We also
accommodate high school formal events, where security is required, ensuring compliance with
all municipal regulations.
Our services are customizable to meet the specific needs of each event, ensuring flexibility and
effectiveness.
5. Pricing
Standard Hourly Rate for Unarmed Security Guards: $35 per hour
• This rate includes all necessary training, uniforms, and equipment for our security guards.
• For events with alcohol service, a minimum of two guards will be required, depending on
the size of the event, and they must be present from the start of alcohol service through
the cleanup hour, as per the City’s requirements.
• We also offer customized security plans based on the specific needs of each event,
including additional services such as patrol vehicles or specialized equipment if required.
Additional Notes:
• A $500 deposit is required for events involving alcohol service, as per the City’s policies.
• All pricing is subject to adjustment based on the scope of the event and any additional
requirements.
• Discounts may be available for long-term contracts or multiple events.

7. Terms and Conditions:
1. Contract Duration
Services will be provided on a per-event basis or under an annual agreement, as determined and
mutually agreed upon in writing by both AM PM Nationwide Security Inc. and the City of
Diamond Bar.
2. Payment Terms
Unless otherwise specified in the executed agreement, a 50% deposit is required upon contract
execution, with the remaining 50% due upon satisfactory completion of the services. Payments
may be made by check or another approved method per City finance procedures.
3. Insurance and Liability
AM PM Nationwide Security Inc. maintains Commercial General Liability Insurance with limits
of not less than $1,000,000 per occurrence and $2,000,000 general aggregate, in accordance with
the City of Diamond Bar’s requirements.
We shall not be liable for loss, damage, or delay caused by acts of nature, governmental
restrictions, third-party negligence, or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Termination Clause
This agreement may be terminated by either party with thirty (30) days' written notice. The City
shall be responsible for payment of any services rendered up to the effective date of termination.
5. Amendments and Modifications
No modification or amendment of this agreement shall be valid unless made in writing and
signed by authorized representatives of both parties.
6. Governing Law
This agreement shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the State of
California. Any disputes arising out of or related to this agreement shall be resolved in the
appropriate court located in Los Angeles County, California.
