Our goal is to ensure Diamond Bar receives clear, timely, and actionable security data to support safety, compliance, and continuous improvement Required Reports and Submission Timelines CISS will provide the following reports in accordance with the City of Diamond Bar’s requirements: • Daily Activity Reports (DARs): Detailed summaries of shift activities, observations, and patrol logs submitted daily; GPS-verified using the TrackTik system. • Incident Reports (IRs): Real-time documentation of security-related incidents (e.g., unauthorized access, vandalism, emergencies), submitted within one hour of occurrence. • Detex Tour Reports: Verification of completed patrols using NFC, barcode, and GPS-enabled checkpoints through the TrackTik patrol system. • Weekly Schedules: Assignment of guards, patrol shifts, and event coverage plans—available via the TrackTik Client Portal. Page 56 of 53 • Monthly Staffing & Compliance Reports: Summary of assigned personnel, compliance status, and performance evaluations to support contract oversight. • Checkpoint and Patrol Analysis Reports: Monthly reports identifying security trends, incident frequency, and coverage gaps for continuous improvement. Real-Time Incident Reporting and Response Protocol CISS will implement TrackTik’s real-time monitoring and escalation protocols to ensure responsive, transparent service: • Live Guard Touring: Real-time GPS tracking of officer patrols and checkpoint completion, ensuring accountability and full coverage. • GPS Check-In/Check-Out: Officers will clock in and out at designated locations; any missed check-ins will trigger an immediate alert to dispatch. • Immediate Incident Escalation: o Notifications sent to City administrators within one hour o Photo and video documentation submitted when applicable o Coordination with law enforcement or emergency responders when required • Automated Alerts for Missed Checkpoints: If a checkpoint is missed, the system notifies our dispatch team and operations immediately for corrective action. Client Access to the TrackTik Reporting Portal Command International Security Services (CISS) will provide the City of Diamond Bar administrators with secure, direct access to real-time data through the TrackTik Client Portal, ensuring full visibility and transparency in all patrol and reporting activities. Consulting Services Agreement Command International Security Services (CISS) has reviewed the City of Diamond Bar’s Consulting Services Agreement (Exhibit B) included with the RFP for Private Event Security Services.
