We are wide-by-design in that we offer everything a customer may need in the area of recognition and more. Manufacturing MTM is a one-stop-shop for all things recognition providing the services of many companies rolled into one. One of our strengths is that we ARE the manufacturer and have the ability to make product that is personalized for the recipient or occasion. As one of the largest awards manufacturers in the country, we operate a 20-acre headquarters facility in Oklahoma City as well as a Premiere Jewelry facility in Princeton, IL. The benefits for the City of Diamond Bar over the years are many from custom plaques, pins, medals, one-of-a-kind items for special recognition, and rings. Below is a sampling of production images from our 20-acre campus in OKC. PROGRAM OPTIONS 10 Process All manufactured items go through the same process steps: 1. Creation of artwork for approval by the customer. (Standard schedule is 3 days for artwork) 2. Once approved, dies are created. (If applicable. Standard die schedule is 3 weeks) 3. Manufacture sample for approval by customer. (If applicable: This is typically only done if the customer requires it or the quantity is over 100.) (Standard schedule 3 weeks) 4. Once approved MTM will manufacture the needed quantity of apparel and medals. The above are standard lead times but this time may be adjusted to meet your time requirements with approval from our manufacturing teams. Packaging Most awards are packaged in our standard packaging. Very large items are shipped directly to the recipient’s home or office by the manufacturer. Warranties MTM Recognition guarantees absolute satisfaction for all of its products. All manufactured awards sold by MTM are guaranteed to be of good quality materials and workmanship. If our quality inspectors overlooked a factory defect, write or call your Customer Care Associate within 10 days after delivery and we will issue a Return Authorization (RA) number for return. All shortages in shipment must be reported within 10 days of delivery to receive credit replacement.
