Statement of Qualifications
Pacific Productions is an Event Production Company that has extensive experience in managing
events and technical aspects. We are heavily experienced in audio, video, lighting, staging,
power, and event Infrastructure. We are confident that we will provide a successful event for
you and your attendees. We have successfully produced hundreds of events just like yours and
are confident we can provide The City of Diamond Bar and it’s attendees with a high level
experience.
Pacific Productions is a local small business that has a great reputation working with many
Cities, Counties, and Performers throughout Southern California. Our current list of
Municipalities that we work closely with are: The City of Pasadena, City of Monrovia, City of
Chino, City of Walnut, and Los Angeles County + Subsidiaries.
Firm and Team Experience
The Manager for this contract will be myself, Anthony Avola, Director of Events at Pacific
Productions. I have over 12 years’ experience in Technical Production around the Country. I
have designed and managed live events from 50 to 25,000 people. I also know how to use the
equipment. I started in the live events industry in TV Broadcasting in 2008. Soon after, sports
turned into politics, and politics turned into large scale live events. I pride myself on treating
every event with the same intensity and seriousness regardless of its size or significance.
Assisting me on this project is Justin Rosedale, Project Manager at Pacific Productions, Has
been with the company for 6 years and have extensive experience managing City events all
around Los Angeles and Orange County.

Insurance
Pacific Productions’ current insurance meets and/or exceeds the current insurance
requirements set forth by The City of Diamond Bar.
