Dear City of Diamond Bar,
I am writing on behalf of Mammoth All Weather Shuttle (MAWS)to express our interest in providing
shuttle services for the upcoming event at the Diamond Bar Center on April 6,2024,as detailed in the
Request for Proposal.With our extensive experience in transportation solutions and a commitment to
excellence,we are eager to present our proposal to fulfill the city's transit needs.
MAWS is dedicated to delivering exceptional transit solutions tailored to meet the unique
requirements of our clients.Our team has meticulously crafted a proposal that aligns with the
specifications outlined in the RFP and exceeds the expectations set forth by the City of Diamond Bar.

Background
Ogilvie Family Limited Partnership,OFLP,San Miguel Mountain Ventures:DBA,Telluride
Express,in holding companies,also owns AEX,Inc.,Alpine Express,Steamboat Express,
Roaring Fork Express,and Mammoth All Weather Shuttle all operating in Colorado and
serving throughout Colorado including Denver,Steamboat Springs,Grand Junction,
Montrose,Gunnison,Crested Butte,Telluride,Cortez,Aspen,Hayden,Craig,Vail,and
Durango,as well as Mammoth Lakes,CA.Collectively,these companies have been in
continuous business since 1985.Throughout this proposal,these companies will be
collectively able to act as “MAWS”,“Mammoth All Weather Shuttle”,“we”,and “Company”.
Founded in 1985 with just four vehicles,OFLP has grown to provide the full suite of ground
transportation options to California and Colorado.We specialize in government and
Department Of Defense,wedding transportation,special events,and many other
transportation needs.
MAWS takes pride in continuing to nourish our long-standing relationships with employees,
customers,and vendors alike.The team is equipped with many individuals with several
combined years of transportation background and experience.Our company has worked with
companies and customers since its incorporation in 1985,and we continue to add committed
customers who see the value in the experience we provide.
OFLP and its subsidiaries operate a myriad of logistics in and around the states of California
and Colorado.However,the core operations are focused on fixed route-based contract
transportation,government contracts,and airport transfers.During peak season,we have
more than 400 employees company-wide and a fleet of more than 175 vehicles ranging from
SUVs and transit vans to mini-coaches and full motor coaches.The 225 year-round
employees comprise 150 drivers,6 mechanics,30 operational support staff,and 39
administrative staff.Our Peak Season consists of more than 300 additional drivers
company-wide.
Our success is based on a progressive and collaborative approach to working with our transit
partners.We pride ourselves on maintaining positive and constructive working relationships
with these entities and the passengers we transport.We actively participate in weekly
meetings and monthly board meetings with these entities to ensure quality service and
enhance our communication.MAWS has the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration
Interstate Operating Authority and is a National Bus Traffic Association #453 member.
