AND INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS
Endemic Environmental Services has reviewed the City’s maintenance services agreement shown
as Attachment 2. We accept all the terms and conditions including the insurance requirements.
We will submit any proposed edits to the agreement for City staff's review and consideration.
Our "Statement Certifying Insurance Coverage (including all samples of our ACCORD insurance
coverages)" are included in the addendum. They certify that we will obtain the required
insurance coverage and we understand that coverage is a prerequisite for entering into an
agreement with the City.
