RE: Install playground fiber chips.
Dear City of Diamond Bar,
DMS FACILITY SERVICES (DMS) is pleased to submit our proposal for installation and procurement of playground fiber chips above listed property. All labor, materials, equipment and supervision
are included in the bid price.
Scope of Work:
Install 440 cubic yards of playground chips.
Remove all old plant material and debris.
Clean up.
Total costs: $22,880.00
