SECTION BID: FURNISH AND INSTALL (27,800 SQ. FT) A TREMCO KEE FB 60 MIL SINGLE PLY
ROOF SYSTEM FULLY ADHERED.
1. Remove solar panels and all solar panel associated equipment.
2. Remove existing roof system down to the decking.
3. Mechanically attached one layer of 2.6” polyisocyanurate insulation over the sloped corrugated
metal deck to meet FM I-90.
4. Fully adhere a Class “A” ½” gypsum prime cover board over the 2.6” polyisocyanurate
insulation.
5. Adhere a 60 Mil Tremply KEE Felt-back over primed dens deck as per manufacture
requirements.
6. Heat welds all seams per manufacture requirements to watertight roofing over cover board.
7. Supply and install pipe flashings per manufacture requirements at HVAC units and Vents
through roof.
8. Supply and install split pipe flashings per manufacture requirements at screen wall support
stands.
9. Adhered a 60 Mil Tremply KEE membrane up parapet walls not to exceed 18”, fasten per
manufacture requirements.
10. 250 Lf of Walk pad path is included at service side of HVAC units and at Roof Hatch.
11. Install new roof hatch and safety rails.
12. Manufacture 30-year Limited Material warranty.
13. Exclusive Metal 2-year labor installment warranty.
BASE BID TOTAL: $ 1,178,100.00
Exclusions – Waterproofing, painting stucco, bird spikes atop coping cap, bird netting, framing, canopies,
cover board on vertical surface, sheet metal or standing seam roofing, roof related sheet metal, structural
infill, wind uplift calculations, hoisting, lead for drains or pipe flashings, carpentry, electrical, plumbing or
HVAC, tapered insulation, water testing, temporary roofing, roof protection for other trades, OCIP, bonding,
permit fees and any work not specifically outlined above.
