PAINT REHAB PROJECT

We propose to:
• City Hall building:
o Pressure wash with high pressure washer to remove all contaminants and
flaking/peeling paint
o Patch and repair holes in plaster around building
o Prime patched locations one coat Ultra-Grip (spot prime)
o Apply two coats of Spartashield 100% Acrylic paint
• Trash Enclosure (only stucco surround):
o Pressure wash with high pressure washer to remove all contaminants and
flaking/ peeling paint
o Patch or repair any holes in stucco
o Spot prime is required on locations that have been patched
o Apply two coats of Spartashield 100% Acrylic paint on stucco surfaces
All our work includes one (1) year limited warranty.
Perfection Painting Corp uses all Dunn Edwards paints and materials.
Work Schedule
Perfection Painting Corp will collaborate and coordinate with Owner to ensure a good
time to commence our work schedule.
Cleanup
Perfection Painting Corp will remove rubbish, debris, and waste materials and legally
dispose off the Project site.
Cost
Perfection Painting Corp is to complete in accordance with the above specifications,
for the sum of:
Base Price $45,200
Forty-Five Thousand, Two Hundred USD (taxes included)

The above price, specifications, and conditions are satisfactory and are hereby accepted. You
are authorized to do the work as specified.
