The Work to be done Includes furnishing all labor, tools and all other necessary equipment, supplies
and services to perform a complete and thorough job of the designated surfaces for the above
project.
1. Mobilization
2. Pressure wash with high pressure washer to remove all contaminants and
flaking/peeling paint
3. Patch and repair holes in plaster around building
4. Prime patched locations one coat Ultra-Grip (spot prime)
5. Final application requires two coats Spartashield (See attached)
• Trash Enclosure (only stucco surround)
6. Pressure wash with high pressure washer to remove all contaminants and
flaking/peeling paint
7. Patch or repair any holes in stucco
8. Spot prime is required on locations that have been patched
9. Final application requires two coats of Spartashield on stucco surfaces
10. Demobilization
Materials:
• Spartashield 100% Acrylic paint
• Ultra-Grip primer

All material is guaranteed to be as specified. All work to be completed
in a workmanlike manner according to standard practices. Any
alteration or deviation from above specifications involving extra costs
will be executed only upon written orders, and will become an extra
charge over and above the estimate. All agreements contingent upon
strikes, accidents or delays beyond our control. Owner to carry fire,
tornado, and other necessary insurance. Our workers are fully
covered by Workmen’s Compensation Insurance.
