SCOPE OF WORK
• Provide labor, materials and equipment to perform the following:
• Power wash building
• Patch holes in stucco from birds
• Spot prime patches
• Apply 2 coats of specified material and finish per addendums
• Inclusions:
• Exterior stucco on building only
• Trash enclosure stucco
• Clarifications:
• Project estimated at prevailing wages
• Work performed during regular business hours to scheduled with management to block off parking on one side of a building at a
time
• Work can be performed and preferred after hours and weekends to avoid disruption of employees on the premises.
