I. City Hall building
a. Pressure wash with high pressure washer to remove all contaminants and
flaking/peeling paint
b. Patch and repair holes in plaster around building o Prime patched locations one coat
Ultra-Grip (spot prime)
c. Final application requires two coats Spartashield (See attached)
II. Trash Enclosure (only stucco surround)
a. Pressure wash with high pressure washer to remove all contaminants and flaking/
peeling paint
b. Patch or repair any holes in stucco
c. Spot prime is required on locations that have been patched
d. Final application requires two coats of Spartashield on stucco surfaces (See
attachments)
