Inclusions • Paint exterior substrates per Dun Edwards specifications.
• City Hall Building: Pressure wash with high pressure washer to remove all
contaminants and flaking/ peeling paint. Patch and repair holes in plaster around
building. Prime patch locations using one coat Ultra Grip (spot prime) Final
application with 2 coats of Spartashield.
• Trash enclosure: Pressure wash with high pressure washer to remove all
contaminants and flaking/ peeling paint. Patch or repair any holes in stucco. Spot
prime all patches. Final application with 2 coats of Spartashield.
• Provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision for the project.
• Protect all surfaces, finish furniture and substrates not to be painted.

insulation or fireproofing, tectum panels, ACT tile panels, floor coatings, remove/reinstall

painting, EIFS painting, powder coatings, floor striping, joint sealants not related to scope
of work.
