Scope of work includes the exterior pain+ng of City Hall building as well as the trash enclosure
in Diamond Bar as per specifica+ons. Painted surfaces only the stucco surfaces and excludes any
wood or metal. Surfaces to be power washed, patched or repaired where needed, spot primed,
and painted with two coats finish. Material to be used will be ultra-grip primer and Spartashield
flat paint, color as specified. Cost includes labor, material, insurance, equipment, and overhead.
Total Cost: $35,870.00
