Items listed in specs are to be prepped and painted as specified below.
• City Hall building
o Pressure wash with high pressure washer to remove all contaminants and
flaking/peeling paint
o Patch and repair holes in plaster around building
o Prime patched locations one coat Ultra-Grip (spot prime)
o Final application requires two coats Spartashield (See attached)
• Trash Enclosure (only stucco surround)
o Pressure wash with high pressure washer to remove all contaminants and flaking/
peeling paint
o Patch or repair any holes in stucco
o Spot prime is required on locations that have been patched
o Final application requires two coats of Spartashield on stucco surfaces (See
attachments)
Materials:
• Spartashield 100% Acrylic paint
• Ultra-Grip primer
All products to be used shall be found in specifications/attachments. Any products changed must be
approved equal to specified products listed. All changes must be made prior to commencement of job.
This spec will also require a six (6) month labor and material warranty.
