The deployment will follow a management structure as shared below; Qualifications and Experience: Sure Patrol has the capacity and relevant experience to execute this project. Capacity; Over 200 licensed security officers are available for deployment. 24/7 monitoring capabilities for remote surveillance operations. A fleet of patrol vehicles for mobile security services. Advanced security equipment, including body cameras, access control systems, and emergency communication devices. All our security officers are Insured (Workman’s compensation) Previous experience in related services; Los Angeles Unified School District (LAUSD) via Guardian Eagle Security (June 2024 -Present). Monitors fire hazards, patrols designated areas, and checks for any signs of smoke, fire, or unsafe conditions. Documents and reports of any safety concerns or violations. Ensures that fire protection systems remain operational and immediately alerts emergency services if needed. Happy Birch Preschool (Nov 2024 – Feb 2025). Monitored access points, controlled visitor entry, and conducted routine patrols. Enforced school policies to prevent unauthorized access or disruptions. Assisted in emergency response situations, including evacuations, medical incidents, or any security threats. Qualifications and Experience cont’d: Legacy Academy (Jan 6, 2025 – Present). Conducts routine patrols across the campus to deter and respond to potential security threats. Ensure controlled access to school grounds by verifying identities and monitoring suspicious activity. Responds swiftly to any security breaches or incidents, coordinating with law enforcement if necessary. Investment Management Company (Remote Surveillance Services): Contact: Hector Estrada (323) 407- 4487 Monitor security camera feeds 24/7 to detect and respond to suspicious activity in real time. Analyze footage for potential security threats, unauthorized access, or unusual behavior. Provide detailed incident reports, including timestamps and captured footage for client records. Coordinate with on-site personnel or law enforcement when necessary to address security concerns promptly. Ensure security system functionality by performing regular checks and troubleshooting technical issues. Methodology: A) Guard Positioning & Coverage Fixed Post Assignments: 1 unarmed guard per event of less than 200 people. Additional guards to be provided per client protocol. Coverage: 24/7 Monday through Sunday. Responsibilities: Screening visitors, assisting with directions, monitoring property access, enforcing security protocols. Patrolling Assignments: Foot Patrol teams operating 24/7. Coverage: Patrolling assigned City facility, Surrounding grounds and parking lots. B) Scheduling & Shift Breakdown 24/7 coverage split into 8-hour shifts: Shift 1: 08:00 AM – 05:00 PM Shift 2: 05:00 PM – 12:00 AM Shift 3: 12:00AM – 08:00 AM Rotating schedules to ensure consistent coverage with minimal fatigue. License Sure Patrol Services is licensed to do business in the State of California by the Bureau of Security and Investigative Services under License No. PPO122113. A copy of the License is annexed as Exhibit A. Cost for Services: Detailed Pricing Proposal has been provided via the online portal.
