Conditions that detract from the appearance of your neighborhood were observed. I visited your property again on Tuesday, April 25, 2023 and observed that the following conditions continued to exist: DBMC 22.34.030 (c) Damage or deterioration of structure, DBMC 22.34.030(e) Unsafe and unpermitted fence or wall. HSC 17920.3 (J) Accumulation of stagnant water. Please kindly remove deteriorating wood partion wall and drain the water fountain of stagnant water.
