Sec. 3.24.110. Use of recycled materials.
(a) All departments shall purchase and use recycled products and recycled materials when available unless
determined by the city manager to be financially infeasible.
(b) The city may at its option require its contractors and consultants to use recycled products in fulfilling
contractual obligations.
