Valley Vista Services will continue to serve you through August 31, 2025. Upcoming Waste Hauler Transition! Scan to Schedule Important Information WM Bin and Cart Exchange Bins and cart exchanges began on June 2. Please ensure all bins and carts are easily accessible to facilitate the exchange process. Visit the City’s website for dates and details: www.diamondbarca.gov/New-Waste-Hauler- Agreements Informational meetings for residents and businesses will be held in July and August. These sessions will provide details about the transition and allow time for questions. Both in- person and virtual options will be available. Community Meetings in July & August Automatic Payments Ending Automatic payments with VVS will end after your August 2025 payment is processed. You will need to set up a new payment method with WM. Instructions will be provided closer to the transition date. Updated service rates will take effect on September 1, 2025. Scheduling Bulky Item Pickups To help keep the community clean, Valley Vista Services offers multi-family properties 4 FREE bulky items pickups per unit per year. Up to 4 items per pickup can be scheduled at a time. Three ways to schedule a bulky pickup: 1. Submit a request online at valleyvistaservices.com/ bulky-item/. 2. Email an itemized list to vvsbulky@myvvs.com. 3. Contact customer service at (800) 442-6454. To ensure timely service, please submit requests at least 24 hours before your scheduled service day. Disposing of Hazardous Waste Hazardous waste materials are items that require special handling and disposal methods. They cannot be disposed of in the regular trash.
