We are excited to announce that, beginning September 1, 2025, Valley Vista Services (VVS) will officially take
over residential trash, recycling, and organic waste collection for the City of Diamond Bar.
Since 1957, VVS has been committed to delivering reliable waste collection services with a strong focus on
customer satisfaction, environmental responsibility, and community engagement. We are honored to serve the
residents of Diamond Bar and look forward to providing high-quality, dependable service to your community.
To ensure a smooth transition, we are working closely with the current residential waste hauler, Waste
Management (WM). Beginning June 2, 2025, VVS will begin replacing WM carts with new VVS carts. Your
service day will remain the same.
For details on rates and services, please refer to the subscription order included with this letter.
VVS will officially begin residential waste collection on Tuesday, September 2, 2025. Due to the Labor Day
holiday, service will be delayed by one day during the first week, as our offices will be closed on Monday,
September 1, 2025.
