Dear Valued Customer,
Thank you for the opportunity to serve the Diamond Bar commercial community.
Beginning September 1, 2025, Waste Management (WM) will take over as your new waste
service provider, with VVS continuing service through August 31. We sincerely thank you
for your partnership and wish you continued success and a bright, sustainable future!
Automatic Payments: Automatic payments with VVS will end after your August 2025 payment is
processed. You will need to set up a new payment method with WM. Details on how to do this will
be provided closer to the transition date. Updated service rates will take effect on September 1,

Community Meetings: Informational meetings for both residents and businesses will be held in
July and August. These sessions will provide details about the transition and allow time for
questions. Both in-person and virtual options will be available. Visit the City’s website for dates:

Service Requests: Please continue to contact VVS at (800) 422-6454 for service-related issues
through the end of August.
WM Bin/Cart Exchange: Starting on June 2, WM will begin replacing VVS bins and carts.
