We have always worked to provide our customers with the best in service at the lowest cost. Unfortunately, costs for labor, equipment, maintenance, landfill fees, fuel and other related expenses continue to increase. To help offset some of this cost, which is out of our control, and to provide for changes in the Consumer Price Index, we have requested and the City of Diamond Bar has authorized a rate adjustment, which is effective July 1, 2022 and is reflected in your current billing.
