We have always worked to provide our customers with the best service at affordable rates. Unfortunately, our costs of labor, equipment, maintenance, landfill fees, organics processing and other related expenses continue to increase. Despite our best efforts, these rising costs are beyond our control. To help offset some of this cost and to provide for changes in the Consumer Price Index (CPI) we have requested and received approval from the City of Diamond Bar for a rate adjustment effective July 1, 2023. The new rate is reflected in your current billing. As always, we thank you and promise to continue our efforts to provide you, our customer, with the very best in service and value.
