HomeMy WebLinkAboutVantage letter DB (1)Dear Vantage Resident,
Valley Vista Services is proud to serve the Diamond Bar community and truly appreciates your continued
partnership. As part of the service transition that began in September, each household was scheduled to receive
a new set of carts, black for trash, blue for recycling, and green for organics. While the black and blue carts were
delivered as planned, delivery of the green organics cart was delayed. We’re happy to share that your new 32-
gallon green organics cart and 2-gallon kitchen food pail are now scheduled to arrive before the end of
November.
Your service rates will remain the same, and no action is needed on your part. Both items will be delivered on
your regular service day, simply bring them onto your property once dropped off, and they’ll be ready for use.
How to Use Your Food Pail and Organics Cart:
The new organics cart will help your household comply with California Senate Bill (SB) 1383, which requires all
residents to separate food scraps, yard trimmings, and other organic materials from regular trash. Recycling
organic waste reduces landfill disposal and greenhouse gas emissions.
