Findings Summary
They are happy with the donation process and still have the required
documents onsite.
We did their inspection with Sabra and she provided the requried documents. They
have donation receipts showing the types of food donated and the pounds. I provided
her a log that she can utilize moving forward so they have all the information on one
sheet rather than a sheet for each donation.
