RE: Courtesy Notice to Correct Violation at: 834 Pinefalls Ave., Diamond Bar, CA 91765
On May 10, 2023, I visited your property as part of the City's ongoing effort to ensure the continued
safety and attractiveness of the community. Conditions that detracted from the appearance of
your neighborhood were observed.
I visited your property again on March 11, 2024 and observed that the following conditions
continued to exist
Observations:
Landscaping Conditions DBMC 22.34.030(d);
Encroaching within public sidewalks and or Streets DBMC 12.04.140;
Storage of debris, materials, trash containers in public view DBMC 22.34.030(a),
Requested Action(s):
Please trim and remove overgrown, dead vegetation and weeds, throughout property and
from encroaching with sidewalks or streets. Please continue to maintain landscaping.
Please store debris, materials, furniture, trash containers behind gate out of public view
or Please contact Waste Management 800-26&7551 to schedule free bulk item up.
Diamond Bar residents may request a total of four (4) bulky item pick-ups each calendar
year, up to (6) items per pick-up (Couches, dressers, washers, mattress, etc.) Thank you...
Diamond Bar's reputation as a community of attractive and well -maintained properties is based
substantially on the high standards that are set by the community and contained in the City code.
Our goal is to work with residents and business owners to eliminate blight, improve the
appearance and safety of the community, and create an atmosphere which instills pride and a
sense of well-being for all those who live, work, and play in Diamond Bar.
I will visit your property again on 3/28/24. Your cooperation in correcting the condition identified
above is appreciated. Should the violations) continue to exist, responsible parties will be subject
up to a $500 citation, per violation. If you have any questions or require additional information,
