I agree 100% with the City’s approach – there is a lot more to choosing the best consultant than simply the cost, as you point out below. Fortunately, True North is very strong on all other points and is often selected even though we aren’t typically the lowest cost bidder. That fact that we are the lowest cost in this case is a nice addition.
