Registration is going well. Not everyone responded to the first round of invitations so we sent out another set of emails yesterday to individuals next in line on the wait list to fill
the remaining vacancies. Information on registration has been provided to City Manager Dan Fox, and he is planning to share at tonight’s THR Conservation Authority meeting. Any questions,

Just reaching out to confirm that we are all good to go for February 1. The buses are confirmed. I have reached out to Paul Spitzzeri and Dan Hostetler, the have confirmed they are
available. I will be reaching out to them to double check that they are good to go.
We will be providing lunches again so I will need a head count from each City to make sure we feed everyone.
City of Industry, will Mr. John Arnold be joining us again? Need to know so we can include him in brochure.
