I hope you are doing well and thank you for the email. I have some ideas for a booth in 2025. The City hosted the 35th Birthday last April and this event is every five years so that
would not be an option.
The Earth Day Celebration is hosted by the City Manager’s office and while it may not be an ideal fit with the program, I have included Anthony Santos on this email who leads the event.
I think the best option is attending one of the summer concerts. Jessica Rayela is the Recreation Coordinator who leads the Concerts and she will reach out next week.

We really appreciate your help with finding the Senior Health Day opportunity! However, during the planning stages, there were some last minute issues that inhibited us from attending
the event. After some brainstorming, we were wondering if we would be able to work with the National Marrow Donor Program (NMDP) to host a booth during some upcoming Diamond Bar city
events. In particular, we were thinking about the Diamond Bar’s 35th City Birthday Party in April, Diamond Bar City’s Earth Day Celebration in April, and Concert in the Parks during
the summer. We would love to bring more awareness and more people into the donor registry through our involvement.
Please feel free to share any thoughts about holding a booth at the given events. We are more than happy to set up a Zoom call if needed! Thank you!
