City of Diamond Bar: Section 8.3.2 Monthly Reports
The information listed shall be the minimum reported for each service:
1. Regular Service
A. Solid waste collected by contractor sorted by types of solid waste collected and
diverted in tons, including contamination and diversion rates for each waste stream
and customer type and the facilities where the tons are processed or disposed.
Bulky items collected and diverted must also be reported.

B. Number of warning notices issued for contaminated recyclable materials and green
waste containers and HHW improperly placed for Disposal.

Narrative summary of problems encountered, (including scavenging) and action items
taken with recommendations for City, as appropriate.
• WM stayed up-to-date on cart removal/delivery tickets, and not receive complaints
regarding outstanding tickets.
• WM did not receive any complaints or reports of missed pick-ups in May.
• WM and City began collaborating methods for monitoring organic waste cart
contamination at the HOAs that are now in compliance.
• WM shared copies/samples of cart tags.
• WM Sponsored a mulch giveaway.
• WM finalized changes to service at Sunset Crossing HOA.
• WM and City discussed trouble shooting missing organics carts requests.
• WM provided implementation records and mulch receipts for CalRecycle.
Description of promotional and public educations activities and materials used.
• WM and the City of Diamond Bar hosted an SB 1383 webinar for Cimarron Oaks 5.
C. Other information or reports the city may reasonably request or require.
