Unfortunately, I called the facility where you took the material, and they indicated that they do not recycle any of the materials they accept. This facility is not on our approved facilities
list. This is ironic, as the facility's name is America’s Recycling Company. If you could provide alternate proof that the facility averages a 75% recycling rate, I can process the
refund.
I have attached our C&D Refund Policy and the C&D form listing the approved facilities.
