Thank you for checking in regarding the refund. Unfortunately, I called the facility where you took the material, and they indicated that they do not recycle any of the materials they
accept. This is ironic, as the facility's name is America’s Recycling Company. Could you provide proof that the company does recycle the material? This facility is not on our list of
approved facilities.
