Summary of Monthly Reports
Tonnage Reports
Pursuant to the agreement between VVS and the City of Diamond Bar, we have compiled the following data for waste collection, disposal, and overall diversion:
Please see Attachment 1 (Quarterly Solid Waste Report Summary) for a breakdown of diversion and disposal by material type.
There were 13 C&D loads for the 2nd Quarter.
During the 2nd Quarter, there were 231 violations. For any bins/barrels that are tagged, the customer receives a self-adhesive contamination notice.
There were 49 bulky item pick-up requests during the 2nd Quarter.
All waste collected in the City of Diamond Bar was delivered to Grand Central Recycling where it was sorted and processed. Residual waste is routinely disposed of at El Sobrante Landfill
and Brea Olinda Landfill.
Fees
Valley Vista Services Pays the City of Diamond Bar 5% of its gross receipts for Franchise Fees and 13% for AB 939 Fees. Please see the breakdown below. Also note that the applied account
fees from the previous month are also on the chart.

Problems Encountered
Valley Vista Services did not encounter any problems this past quarter with our commercial and multi-family customers.
Additional Information
There were no HHW pick-ups scheduled during the 2nd Quarter.
