Findings Summary -
Diamond Bar Center occasionally has events with catering. They do not
have an urgent need to donate but are seeking an agreement for on call
pick up services of prepared fpods_ One possible organization is the RJC
Foundation who is 4 miles from the facility. City staff are currently
working to clarify scope of work and developing contract language.
Inspection was performed with Chrlsty Murphy and Crystal Knox to discuss the
requirements of SB1383 ed€ble food generator requirements. They generally don't
have any donations as renters are required to remove al] food from the fac€I€ty after
the event as part of their renta€ agreement. However if renters or facility staff do
have any edible food remaining, the DBC is seeking a contract with FSO and
estatel€shing a donat€on protocol should a situation arise in the future.
