I visited your property on April 25, 2024 as part of the City's ongoing effort to ensure the continued safety and attractiveness of the community. Conditions that detracted from the
appearance of your neighborhood were observed.
I visited your property again on June 25, 2024 and observed that the following conditions continued to exist:
Observations:
Landscaping Condition DBMC 22.34.030(d)
Encroaching within public sidewalks and or Streets DBMC 12.04.140;
Storage of debris, materials, trash can in public view DBMC 22.34.030(a);
Solid Waste and Recyclable Material Collection DBMC 8.16.010
Mandatory Service Required DBMC 8.16.290(c)
Requested Action(s):
Please continue trimming and remove overgrown or dead vegetation (& Weeds), throughout property and from encroaching within public sidewalks and streets and curbs.
Restore or install approved landscaping throughout property. Drought Tolerant, etc..
Please continue to maintain landscaping every two or three weeks or more if needed.
Please remove all debris, material, vegetation from property, and always store trash containers behind gate out of public view.
Please contact Waste Management and set-up account for solid waste and recyclable material collection 800-266-7551. Required for all residential properties- living in or vacant.
