After I talked to you, I realized I had to radically revamp the way the calculations were made, otherwise it wouldn’t make sense going from the quarterly number to the annual numbers.
In doing so, it got rid of the average time issue I mentioned earlier (which as I thought about it more, was underestimating, not overestimating our hours).
But we have to enter more data as a result. I revised a copy of the 2023 log. Let’s go through this to discuss before I make the changes to all the other logs.

I counted up the planchecks.
I just need you to go into the entitlement tabs for 2021-2023 and try to recall any planchecks you might have done in FY2023/2024 (since we don’t log our plancheck corrections for entitlements).
Then we should have full count of all the planchecks done in FY2023/2024.

Also looks like our advanced planning efforts aren’t actually deleted. We’re just sharing the info in a different way. Instead of quantitative, it’s qualitative and accomplishments.
Therefore we should list our milestones on the ODS like selected consultant, held kick off meeting on XXX, etc.

green are those where we need FY 2023-24 data.
No need to get this done by this week; if you can get the numbers to me sometime next week, I would really appreciate it!
