clerk’s office without documenting what I provided and then time would pass and city clerk’s office would request for same docs leaving our dept responsible for lost docs.
“Hi Dannette, I understand you may be overseeing this PRR in Kristina/Joan’s absence? Please let me know if I should be communicating with someone else who is handling the PRR.
I have searched ComDev files and located some misc hard copies of docs. There are a few correspondence as well as Draft correspondence, Greg and Jim’s handwritten notes. I also located
NOP Responses and a Traffic Impact Analysis from LSA, not sure if these were scanned along with the NOP. The other docs are misc. I have reviewed for any atty/client privilege items
and found none.
I am also forwarding a couple of electronic docs, PC reso and Minutes. I was not able to locate any other electronic docs related to Aera.
It is my belief that most of the docs requested will be found in CMs/City Clerks office; CC resos, annex agreement, etc. I was not able to locate an application which Jim mentions in
PC 2/27/07 Minutes. There is also mention of a powerpoint presentation which I cannot locate. It may be in Jim’s folder which I do not have access. Jim’s ComDev file was removed
from our dept folder.
I will continue to search, however I am on vaca next week, returning on 1/2/24.

Hi Dannette,
Per our phone conversation, the majority of the files should be with the City Manager’s Office. This was a very controversial project that former city manager Jim DeStefano managed
along with Greg. Stella has one storage box in her cubicle and she will be compiling electronic records as well. I left a voice message for Kristina earlier this morning too.
