Ugh this request has me exhausted! Thank you for scanning everything, I’m sure that was exhausting too. I sent a screen shot of all the records to Omar so he could let me know if anything
needed to be exempt from disclosure, and he said anything to or from an attorney or with draft notes would be exempt, so I went through every file and sent him everything I thought
he should review. I finally sent him the last batch this morning. Now I’m waiting for him to respond. Once he does, I want to organize all the files and save them in Laserfiche. Before
we destroy the hard copy files, you will need to double check all the files in Laserfiche against the hard copies to make sure they are accurate. So unless you have a lot of extra time
in the next week or so, we might have to wait until the next destruction date.

Kristina, ? can I now process for destruction the Aera docs I provided/scanned to you? Or would you prefer I laserfich the Community Dev docs found in our dept under our Laserfich CD
Dept folder, and you laserfich the docs found in your dept in CM folders?
Please let me know how we should handle.

Note: So not to make this an urgent matter (unless you have nothing to do 😊😊), I don’t think we should shoot for January destruction, at least that is my plan.
